By purchasing the right to set up a tent in the Camping Tent area of Playtime Festival 2024, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which include:

1. The right to set up a tent in the camping tent area (hereinafter referred to as the "right") is granted to spectators who have purchased tickets to the festival.
2. If the festival is canceled by the organizer after the right to erect a tent has been purchased, the right can be transferred to the following year or refunded at the purchase price. Refunds will not be issued except as provided in these conditions. If the festival is canceled by the organizer, the buyer is entitled to compensation within sixty days in a manner determined by the organizer.
3. The festival does not guarantee the authenticity of the voucher if it is not purchased online from an official point of sale. The festival holds no liability for the loss of electronic rights confidentiality due to the negligence of the rights holder. Only the initial right confirmed and verified by the QR code is considered valid. Any subsequent presentation of rights with the same QR code will render them void.
4. Upon entering the camping tent area, the tent owner is required to present their ID card, scan the QR code on the permit, receive a tent sticker, position their tent in the designated area, and affix the sticker on its exterior. As the QR code is read only once, maintaining confidentiality is the responsibility of the rights holder. Overlapping or fake QR codes will result in denial of entry. Rights are non-refundable, and no reimbursements will be issued. The use of tent stickers is strictly prohibited, and any lost stickers will not be reimbursed. Tents will be subject to inspection each time they enter or exit the festival grounds.
5. The camping tent area will officially open on July 4th at 2:00 p.m. and remain open for 24 hours. Spectators must vacate the area by 12:00 p.m. on July 8th.
6. When entering the camping tent area, owners must wear a wristband/tax. Those without wristbands/tax will not be admitted. Please be aware that new wristbands/tax will not be issued to spectators after 12:00 a.m. according to the festival's internal regulations. However, spectators with wristbands/tax have access for 24 hours.
7. Placement in the camping tent area is determined according to the order of arrival, following the instructions of the festival organizer staff.
8. Camping tents will be positioned based on the order of arrival, and it is not possible to reserve neighboring space for others.
9. For security purposes, food, water, beverages, alcoholic beverages, and other prohibited items are not permitted within the festival area. Tent owners are responsible for inspecting their bags and personal belongings.
10. All tents entering the camping tent area will be inspected. Tent owners failing to adhere to the organizer's requirements or violating the festival rules will be denied entry to the festival area and may have their tents removed from the premises or be refused re-entry. The organizer bears no responsibility for confiscated prohibited items.
11. Throughout the festival, tent area will be managed by the organizing team, professional private security personnel, and police officers. Tent owners failing to adhere to the regulations established by the organizing staff, order maintenance personnel, and private security services may be expelled from the festival area.
12. The festival organizers hold the authority to grant access to the tent area. If this privilege is revoked after leaving the festival grounds, re-entry to the tent area will not be permitted, and no compensation reimbursement will be provided.
13. The festival date program and agenda may be subject to change.
